Welcome to our Baby Sleep Telehealth Program, curated for new parents and sleep-deprived parents!

Over the next two weeks, we’ll have an hourly daily session in cohorts of 10 and 24/7 support.

We'll guide you through establishing safe sleep practices and healthy sleep habits for your baby so you and your baby can enjoy more restful nights.

Our baby sleep expert-led sessions will provide the knowledge, techniques, and baby sleep training needed to help your baby develop a strong foundation for lifelong sleep success. You will have unlimited support from the baby sleep experts during the program.

Topics covered will include:

  • Laying the Foundation for Healthy Sleep Patterns: Gain a deeper understanding of infant sleep training, the importance of sleep for both baby and parents and how to recognize sleep readiness.
  • Building Consistency for Restful Nights: Learn how to establish bedtime routines and nap schedules that promote healthy sleep habits, maintain a consistent sleep schedule, and manage transitions like daylight saving time and travel.
  • Choosing the Right Method for Your Family: Explore various gentle baby sleep training techniques, understand their pros and cons, and receive guidance on selecting and implementing the best method for your unique situation.
  • Overcoming Obstacles for Better Sleep: Address common baby sleep challenges like night waking, early rising, sleep regression, and nap resistance, and learn practical, gentle sleep solutions for handling these disruptions with confidence.



Understanding Baby Sleep Basics

Clients will learn the facts of infant sleep, the importance of sleep for both baby and parents, and how to recognize the signs of sleep readiness.

After this portion, clients will be able to understand their baby’s sleep cycles, sleep needs during each stage of infant development, and how to create an optimal sleep environment.


Establishing Bedtime Routines and Sleep Associations

This session focuses on creating nap schedules and establishing  bedtime routines that promote healthy sleep habits. Clients will learn about positive sleep associations, negative sleep associations, natural baby sleep solutions or remedies, how to establish a consistent baby sleep schedule, and strategies for managing transitions such as daylight saving time and travel.

This portion of will empower clients with the tools to create a predictable and soothing routine for their baby.


Sleep Training Techniques and Approaches

In part 3, clients will learn about various sleep training techniques, including the Ferber method, “Cry It Out,” “No Tears,” and exploring choosing a gentle baby sleep training method they are comfortable with and that will meet their family’s sleep goals.

Clients will learn the pros and cons of each approach and receive guidance on how to select and implement healthy baby sleep habits, baby sleep training and tricks, natural baby sleep remedies, and the best method for their unique situation. By the end of this session, clients will have a clear plan for sleep training their baby.


Troubleshooting Common Sleep Challenges

This portion addresses common sleep issues encountered in sleep training for infants such as nighttime wake-ups, early rising, sleep regression, fussy sleepers, and nap resistance.

Clients will learn how to identify the root cause of these challenges seen in sleep training for infants, and receive practical solutions for addressing them. After completing this class, clients will be equipped to handle sleep disruptions with confidence.


Maintaining Progress and Long-term Success

In the final portion, clients will learn how to maintain and adjust their sleep training progress as their baby grows and develops. This portion covers strategies for handling sleep disruptions due to illness, teething, and developmental milestones, as well as tips for transitioning from bassinet to a crib and from a crib to a toddler bed.

By the end of this program, clients will have the knowledge and resources to support their baby’s sleep journey well into the future.
