Nourishing Your Baby: Breastfeeding and Formula Essentials

Breastfeeding is a good and natural way to feed a baby. However, breastfeeding carries with it some challenges and problems. Formula feeds is an alternative to breastfeeding, it does have its Pros and Cons as well.

Part 1 of our 5 part course covers the breastfeeding challenges and problems like milk supply issues that can arise with breastfeeding and constipation or diarrhoea that can arise from formula feeding and how to prepare.
