It's a self-paced easy to follow program and uses AI instructors which made learning engaging and practical. The modules on emotional intelligence, Sleep training and client etiquette were powerful, the business and marketing gave me tools to operate as a professional, so when working with first time parents you demonstrate your acquired skills with confidence. We used Cynthia and Sleep & Cradle for our 18-month-old daughter. Within a few minutes, she was able to identify that our baby was cluster feeding. Our lifestyle of work and crazy schedules made it difficult in the beginning to follow the process, but once we were able to establish a more regular schedule for the baby, with little tweaks Cynthia provided, we have been able to sleep all night. Our baby goes to bed and no longer wakes up asking for a bottle of milk at night. She knows when it’s time to sleep and has a consistent routine, which is what babies crave the most. Thanks!! How it Works
This is an exciting time for parents and infants; we will discuss infant readiness, including tips and tricks to get them invested.
Part 1 of our 5-part Transitioning to Solid Foods class covers everything you need to know about solid foods readiness so you know what to expect.
The process can feel like a rollercoaster. There are moments when it is exhilarating and challenging and when you will spend more time cleaning after the feed than you did to feed your baby. It is fun; you will see facial expressions you probably have not seen before, which makes it unique. Your infant is achieving a milestone!
Part 2 of our Transitioning to Solid Foods class provides an overview of choosing appropriate first foods, gradually introducing one new food at a time to monitor allergies and preparation tips.
When it comes to a Balanced Diet, in our Introducing Solid Foods to Baby series, introducing a variety of foods to support optimal nutrition is essential.
Part 3 of our Transitioning to Solid Foods class explores different food groups and guides in incorporating a range of textures and flavors.
This is key. First, you need to know if there is any family history of allergies and discuss it with your physician before incorporating solid foods. If the family has a positive history of allergies, you may want to abstain from such meals.
Part 4 of our Transitioning to Solid Foods class helps you learn more about common allergenic foods, recognize allergenic reactions, and know what to do.
There is a lot of confusion about when to feed your baby, we will cover an ideal feeding schedule for your infant and tell you why it is important.
Part 5 of our Introducing Solid Food to Baby series will equip you with establishing a regular meal time, introducing finger foods and encouraging self-feeding skills, and transitioning from pure to mashed and chopped foods.
