Sleep & Cradle® Health took the time to understand our baby, our routines and our family’s needs. Instead of giving us generic advice, they provided personalized, physician-led guidance and stayed involved throughout the process. We felt supported, informed and more confident in navigating our baby’s sleep. I would highly recommend their services to families looking for thoughtful, structured support.

I had the pleasure of experiencing the Telehealth Baby Sleep Navigation Program, and my husband and I were extremely impressed with the service! Our baby is 3 months old and the physician helped us to work out his sleep & nap routine literally within the 14 day program. We were shocked to see our baby sleep 11-12 hours through the night in such a short time. It improved my own mental health as I’m now able to sleep longer hours myself through the night. Highly recommend this service for anyone wanting a bit more structure in their child’s daily routine and wanting more of their own personal time back!

We were exhausted and honestly didn’t know where to turn. Sleep & Cradle® Health changed that. The Baby Sleep Telehealth Navigation program gave us real, doctor-backed guidance that finally helped our baby — and our whole family — find a rhythm. The support felt personal, not clinical. We genuinely felt cared for. If you’re a struggling parent, this is worth it.

After twenty plus years as a Certfied Nursing Assistant  I did not expect a training to instantly shift my perspective,  but rest assure  Sleep & Cradle Health’s Advanced Newborn Care Specialist Training did exactly that.  It's a self-paced easy to follow program and uses AI instructors which made learning engaging and practical.  The modules on emotional intelligence, Sleep training and client etiquette were powerful, the business and marketing gave me tools to operate as a professional, so when working with first time parents you demonstrate your acquired skills with confidence.  There's also live questions and answers sessions the mentoring support was outstanding it allows you to ask relatable questions in relation to managing real life scenarios with the new Patents. So if there are any health professionals, Nanny, Doula, Social Worker seeking to gain expert knowledge on Newborn in this field I strongly recommend this training.  Why not take a shot at it, you may just open up a brand new exciting world.

We used Cynthia and Sleep & Cradle for our 18-month-old daughter. Within a few minutes, she was able to identify that our baby was cluster feeding. Our lifestyle of work and crazy schedules made it difficult in the beginning to follow the process, but once we were able to establish a more regular schedule for the baby, with little tweaks Cynthia provided, we have been able to sleep all night. Our baby goes to bed and no longer wakes up asking for a bottle of milk at night. She knows when it’s time to sleep and has a consistent routine, which is what babies crave the most. Thanks!! Communication after signing up was excellent, I enrolled in several courses and found that content very easy to digest and really high-lighted alot of areas of both parental sleep health, and baby sleep training which I had never even considered. I have learnt so many new techniques. The team at Sleep and Cradle and special shoutout to Cynthia go above and beyond with their support and advice and I really felt I got a fully personalised support plan to suit my lifestyle and sleep schedule

“Within four days of starting our plan, our baby slept independently in his crib for 11+ days at night and observed 5-6 naps daily.”

“Working with Cynthia as a Sleep consultant has been one of the best decisions we’ve made as first-time parents. Before working with her, our now eight-week-old baby had difficulties napping during the day, multiple-night awakenings, and was always irritable and gassy. We were very stressed and did not know what to do with so much conflicting information from friends and family.

After our first consultation, Cynthia helped us identify the problem and created a tailored plan to meet our specific goals. Cynthia never shied away to go the extra mile for us. She went above and beyond to teach us how to feed our little one appropriately and suggested techniques to make our baby less gassy, so he can sleep more comfortably. She also provided us with a baby log to document his daily activities to help us recognize his patterns and make necessary modifications.

She was very professional, highly skilled and passionate about her work. She was also very quick to respond to our questions and concerns and was very knowledgeable about the information she provided. Within four days of starting our plan, our baby slept independently in his crib for 11+ days at night and observed 5-6 naps daily.

We highly recommend Cynthia, she is one of the best sleep training consultants you will find! We clearly see the improvements in our baby and feel much more confident with what is to come.”

Our educational classes and continued support resources are designed to help families navigate these important stages with greater confidence and guidance.

Physician-Led Infant Sleep Support

Establishing Healthy Infant Sleep Habits for Growing Families

Helping babies establish healthy sleep habits can be one of the most challenging parts of early parenthood. Infant sleep support involves understanding sleep patterns, developmental stages, bedtime routines, and sleep behaviors that impact both baby sleep and family well-being.

Sleep & Cradle® Health’s physician-led approach focuses on helping families build healthy sleep foundations through structured guidance, responsive routines, safe sleep practices, and developmentally appropriate infant sleep strategies. While many families begin structured sleep training later in infancy, healthy sleep habits and positive sleep associations can begin during the newborn stage.

Every baby and family is unique, which is why our educational resources and support programs are designed to help parents navigate sleep deprivation, nighttime wake-ups, bedtime routines, nap transitions, and evolving infant sleep challenges with greater confidence and consistency.

Building healthy infant sleep habits takes time, structure, and support, but consistent routines and informed guidance can help families achieve healthier sleep patterns and improved rest over time.
