At Sleep & Cradle® Health, we are committed to providing high-quality education, guidance, and support to families navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and early parenthood. This Service Commitment & Refund Policy outlines the terms governing consultations, educational programs, telehealth services, memberships, in-home services, cancellations, and refund requests.

Educational Courses & Digital Resources

Sleep & Cradle® Health provides digital educational resources designed to support families through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, newborn care, infant feeding, sleep, and early parenthood.

Due to the digital nature of these products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales of educational courses, downloadable resources, and digital products are final once access has been granted.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchased materials, please contact our team at support@sleepandcradle.com, and we will work promptly to resolve the issue.

Phone Consultations

All Phone Consultations are non-refundable. Consultation fees reserve dedicated time with our team and are charged regardless of whether recommendations are implemented following the session.

Baby Sleep Reset – 7 Day Intensive & Baby Sleep Telehealth Navigation™

Enrollment in the Baby Sleep Reset – 7 Day Intensive and Baby Sleep Telehealth Navigation™ programs includes personalized support, program preparation, resource allocation, scheduling, and ongoing guidance.

Because significant time and resources are committed immediately upon enrollment, all program fees are non-refundable once enrollment has been completed.

We are committed to providing high-quality physician-led guidance and support; however, individual outcomes cannot be guaranteed and may vary based on developmental readiness, participation, consistency, medical considerations, and implementation of recommendations.

Professional Training Programs

Enrollment in professional training programs, certification programs, mentorship programs, and continuing education offerings is non-refundable once access to course materials, training resources, live sessions, or program content has been granted.

Membership Programs

Membership fees are non-refundable. Members may cancel future recurring payments in accordance with the membership terms in effect at the time of enrollment.

In-Home Services & Family Matching Deposits

Families engaging in in-home services may be required to submit a Family Matching Deposit before the specialist search process begins.

Family Matching Deposits are non-refundable once candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordination, or introductions have commenced. Approved deposits may be applied toward eligible service invoices as outlined in the applicable service agreement.

Chargebacks

We encourage families to contact Sleep & Cradle® Health directly regarding any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback through their financial institution.

By initiating a chargeback, you acknowledge that Sleep & Cradle® Health may provide documentation demonstrating enrollment, access to materials, services rendered, communication records, and other relevant information necessary to dispute the chargeback claim.

Intellectual Property & Resource Sharing

All educational materials, digital resources, recordings, training materials, downloadable content, and program resources provided by Sleep & Cradle® Health are intended solely for the purchaser’s personal or organizational use, as applicable.

Sharing login credentials, distributing materials, reproducing content, reselling resources, or granting unauthorized access to any Sleep & Cradle® Health materials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

Medical Disclaimer

Sleep & Cradle® Health programs, educational resources, consultations, and support services are educational in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Families should consult their pediatrician, obstetric provider, primary care physician, or other qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns and before implementing significant changes to feeding, sleep, or care routines.
