Our Approach to Postpartum Care

Physician-led coordinated postpartum support designed to help families confidently navigate the transition into parenthood.

Our Coordinated Postpartum Support Model

At Sleep & Cradle® Health, we believe families deserve more than fragmented advice or one-time services during the postpartum period. Our physician-led coordinated postpartum support model is designed to provide continuous guidance, personalized care, and structured support that evolves alongside your family's changing needs.

Rather than focusing on a single aspect of postpartum care, we bring together physician-led care navigation, personalized newborn support, overnight newborn care, Baby Sleep Telehealth Navigation™, parent education, childbirth preparation, feeding guidance, and professional expertise into one coordinated model designed to improve maternal recovery, infant well-being, and family outcomes.

Our approach begins by understanding each family's unique goals, parenting preferences, household dynamics, and support needs. From there, we provide individualized recommendations and ongoing guidance that help families confidently navigate sleep, feeding, newborn care, daily routines, developmental milestones, travel, and the transition into parenthood.

What distinguishes our model is continuity of care. Rather than navigating challenges alone, families have access to physician-led guidance and coordinated support that adapts as their baby's needs change. We believe this continuity helps families build healthy sleep foundations, strengthen parent confidence, and create more predictable routines during one of life's most important transitions.

Our physician-led approach is grounded in evidence-informed care, family-centered support, and a commitment to improving access to structured postpartum care. As we continue to innovate through digital health, professional education, and AI-powered technologies, our mission remains the same: helping families feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the postpartum journey.

How Our Coordinated Postpartum Support Model Works

At Sleep & Cradle® Health, our physician-led coordinated postpartum support model is designed to help families navigate the transition into parenthood with personalized guidance, continuity of care, and structured support that evolves alongside their baby's changing needs.

Rather than focusing on a single service, we bring together physician-led care navigation, overnight newborn care, Baby Sleep Telehealth Navigation™, parent education, childbirth preparation, feeding guidance, and personalized newborn support into one coordinated care experience designed to improve maternal recovery, infant well-being, and family outcomes.

Through both virtual and in-home support, families receive individualized recommendations, real-time guidance, and ongoing support tailored to their unique goals, parenting preferences, household dynamics, and stage of the postpartum journey. Our approach helps families establish healthy sleep foundations, build predictable routines, strengthen parent confidence, and navigate common postpartum challenges with greater clarity and consistency.

Our Newborn Care Specialists and postpartum support professionals work within a physician-led framework that emphasizes evidence-informed care, family-centered support, and continuity throughout the postpartum period. As questions arise around feeding, infant sleep, developmental milestones, travel, changing routines, or maternal recovery, families continue to receive trusted guidance rather than navigating these transitions alone.

We believe postpartum care should extend beyond individual services. By combining physician-led expertise, coordinated care navigation, education, and continuous support, we help families feel informed, supported, and confident throughout one of life's most important transitions.

Meet The Founder

Dr. Cynthia Unuigbe founded Sleep & Cradle® Health after recognizing that families needed more than individual postpartum services, they needed coordinated, continuous support to confidently navigate one of life's most important transitions.

As a licensed physician, subject matter expert in postnatal sleep health, Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant, and Certified Newborn Care Specialist, Dr. Cynthia combines clinical medicine, public health, direct family care, and digital health innovation to advance a more connected approach to postpartum care.

Her experience supporting families both in their homes and through virtual care revealed the need for physician-led care navigation that extends beyond traditional overnight newborn care. That vision became the foundation of Sleep & Cradle® Health's coordinated postpartum support model.

Today, Dr. Cynthia leads the organization's efforts to advance physician-led postpartum care through digital health innovation, professional education, strategic healthcare partnerships, and AI-powered technologies designed to improve maternal, infant, and family outcomes.
