Part 1: Nourishing Your Baby: Breastfeeding & Formula Feeding Essentials

Breastfeeding is a good and natural way to feed a baby. However, breastfeeding carries with it some challenges and problems. Formula feeds is an alternative to breastfeeding, it does have its Pros and Cons as well.

Part 1 of our 5 part course covers the breastfeeding challenges and problems like milk supply issues that can arise with breastfeeding and constipation or diarrhoea that can arise from formula feeding  and how to prepare.

Part 2: Optimizing Feeding: Latch, Position, & Safe Formula Practice

There are different nursing positions that you can use to feed your baby. And no matter what nursing position you use, you still have to work on your latch with your baby.

Part 2 of this class teaches you the basics on Nursing positions during feeding, how to get a good latch, baby formula types, formula preparation and storage.

Part 3: Mastering Milk Expression: Pumps, Bottles, & Storage Essentials

Breastfeeding and Formula feeding are beautiful, but sometimes it can be helpful to have some tools to free up time and make the whole process easier.

Part 3 of this class teaches you about breastfeeding pumps, brands of feeding bottles, baby formula types, types of pumps, bottle sterilization, and nursing bras.

Part 4: Balancing Work and Feeding: Strategies for the Working Parent

When you go back to work after a new baby, you may feel like you’re a million miles behind – emotionally and physically. But going back to work does not have to be as tough as you may think.

Part 4 of this class guides you to ease back into your routine as an employee and a mom.

Part 5: First Bites: Preparing for Solids

In this session of our Breastfeeding class and Formula Feeding class, we’ll guide you through recognizing when your baby is ready to transition from milk to solids, starting with what foods to introduce first and how to ensure a smooth dietary progression.

Part 5 is designed to make the shift to solid foods a positive and enjoyable milestone for both you and your baby.
