 Refunds: Our om-demand educational resources  are crafted to equip you with effective baby care and sleep strategies, ensuring your family’s well-being. If you feel these resources doesn’t meet your family’s needs, we offer a hassle-free refund within 30 days of your purchase.

To request a refund, email info@sleepandcradle.com within 30 days. For record-keeping, please send your refund request directly via email, not through our contact form or social media platforms. Post 30 days, purchases are non-refundable.

So that you know, Our Baby Sleep Telehealth Program and gift cards are non-refundable. If you’ve made a duplicate purchase, contact us at info@sleepandcradle.com, and we’ll gladly apply the gift card value to other Sleep & Cradle®️ resources.

Chargebacks: We encourage you to seek a refund before initiating a chargeback with your bank. In case of a chargeback, you agree to relinquish all materials provided as part of your original purchase, if you don’t mind. We reserve the right to substantiate your access to our resources during chargeback disputes.

Sharing Resources: Our resources are exclusively for your household use. Sharing these resources, including login credentials and downloadable materials, is strictly forbidden. Violating this policy will lead to immediate revocation of access and cancellation of the 30-day refund guarantee. Reselling any Sleep & Cradle®️ Solutions materials is also prohibited.

Email Support: Our complimentary email support is available for class or resource selection advice, direction to our digital content, and answering basic queries about purchased resources. This support does not extend to detailed troubleshooting or personalized family sleep plans. We offer a Baby Sleep Training: Two-Week Hands-on Masterclass with a complimentary Discovery Call with our certified sleep consultants.

Phone Consultations: So that you know, our Phone Consultations our paid before engaging in our  Baby Sleep Training Telehealth Program. Our 24/7 Sleep Support is dedicated solely to families who engage with our service for two weeks.

To ensure our clients’ highest quality of attention and resources, we prioritize support, including answering questions and additional phone calls, exclusively for families actively participating in our Baby Sleep Telehealth Program. This policy allows us to maintain our commitment to providing focused, professional support to each family we work with, ensuring that our time and resources are effectively utilized to benefit those who have committed to our program.

Unlimited Membership: Designed to give parents who have previously engaged with our in-home or telehealth programs complete access to our full digital services at no additional cost. For those who prefer our Baby Sleep Telehealth Program only as needed, Phone Consultations and Sleep Support will be billed at the standard rate for each session. This policy ensures we can dedicate our time and expertise to those committed to our unlimited membership, supporting them every step of the way. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to helping your family achieve restful nights.
